Care VN announces recruitment for the position of Chief Executive Officer.

1. Scope of work

- Responsible for operating and managing Care VN according to the plan of the BODs.

- Ensure the achievement of the Company's goals such as the targets set by the BODs in terms of sales growth, profit, product quality, human resource development, and other activities according to the P&L plan.

- Recruit, train and manage junior staff.

- Work with Directors/Heads of Departments of member companies in the Group to solve problems smoothly and with teamwork spirit.

- Fully implement the rights and obligations of the CEO in accordance with the regulations on decentralization of authority of the superior.

- Make reports as required and perform other tasks requested by superiors.

2. Job requirements

- Priority age 38 - 45.

- Fluent in English communication.

- Management thinking, good operational management skills.

- Good communication, negotiation, problem-solving ability, complaints (for external - Customers, internal - BODs and subordinates).

- Appearance: professional, mature, reliable.

- Priority is given to candidates with experience in sales, customer service, and service industries: chemicals, services/4 - 5 star hotels.

- Time:

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (lunch break from 12:00 - 13:00)
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
