Care Vietnam’s new Managing Director
On April 1, 2023, (Ms.) Nguyen Thi Kim Thuy was appointed as Managing Director of Care Vietnam Joint Stock Company (Care Vietnam), succeeding (Mrs.) Thao Tran, the company's former CEO. (Mrs.) Thao Tran was appointed as the senior manager of Care Solutions.
Care Vietnam is a leading company in industrial cleaning in Vietnam, with over 12,000 employees nationwide.
This appointment is part of Care Vietnam’s development plan, marking the maturity of the successor leadership team and the generational transformation of the talented younger managers in Vietnam.
Before assuming this position, (Ms.) Kim Thuy served for many years as the Operation Director of Care Vietnam. She was one of the key personnel who contributed to the company's success for more than a decade, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. (Ms.) Thuy stated, "I am grateful for my leader's wholehearted guidance, and I have changed significantly. Care Vietnam has provided a youthful environment with numerous opportunities for growth and promotion. With this new position, I aspire to become more powerful and to strive ceaselessly for success over the next three years".
