- Base Kote is an acrylic-based sealer designed to provide excellent adhesion for both new and old concrete, terrazzo, marble, and other stone floors. It is highly durable and easy to maintain.

- Superior water and moisture resistance help prevent discoloration caused by water absorption.

1. Stripping: Use a specialized stripper such as Histrip ES, following the recommended dilution ratio. Rinse at least twice with clean water and allow the floor to dry completely.

2. Application: Apply Base Kote using a clean mop. Allow the coat to dry completely, which usually takes about 30 minutes. One coat is generally sufficient, except for highly porous floors, which may require an additional coat.
